What is Health and Wellness Coaching?
Health Coaching is a partnership between client and coach. The coach is there to reflect and aid in realizing your own potential. The coach aids in formulating a plan to achieve your goals as well as identifying potential barriers or challenges and how to overcome these.
Coaching starts with a discussion about what the client really wants out of life, discussions about change, and deciding on an area of focus.

Health Coaching is not therapy, nor is it a replacement for medical care. It is an addition to your current care, and while there is potential to improve your health, both physical and mental, no claims can be made to guarantee any outcome in this area,

About The Coach
Blair "Doc" Morin, NBC-WHC is passionate about helping individuals maximize their health and wellness.
Blair served in the US Air Force, retiring in 2017. Shortly after he noticed a decline in his fitness. Determined he looked at ways to stay active. He was exposed to Health Coaching. Currently he works full time helping veterans achieve individualized health and wellness goals. He also works with local first responders to maintain wellness.
He knows the balancing act of maintaining your own self-care with the responsibilities of life. As a firefighter, husband and father, he knows the importance of self-care.
Blair is also proud to serve his local community as a Vol. Firefighter and EMS professional.
